Can any type of property be added to a property agreement?
All residential and commercial properties can be added to a property agreement and managed through Property Management. However, you will not be able to issue turn-on/off requests for commercial properties through the portal.
What type of email notifications will I receive from Ameren?
You can expect to receive the following types of email notifications from Ameren on properties listed in your property agreements:
Turn-on/off order issued, maintained or voided by Ameren.
Shut off for non-payment order issued by Ameren.
Name change on an account.
What if my tenant calls Ameren to disconnect service?
Ameren will send you an email advising you of the order with the scheduled date.
How far in advance can I enter a turn-on order?
You can issue a turn-on order up to 30 days in advance.
How do I stop or change the date I originally entered for a turn-on/off order?
Void the order or change date before the midnight (CST) deadline.
