YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM SIGNIFIES YOUR ASSENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. AMEREN ILLINOIS RETAINS THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM AT ANY TIME IF IT DETERMINES, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, THAT YOU VIOLATED ANY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Program Details:
- I am agreeing to participate in the Ameren Illinois Peak Time Rewards program (the “Program”), which has been implemented pursuant to an Ameren Illinois tariff, Rider PTR, approved by the Illinois Commerce Commission. Information on the tariff is available at AmerenIllinois.com. I agree to these terms and conditions.
- I understand that as a participant in the Program, I will receive a credit on my bill only if I reduce my energy usage below an established baseline of energy usage during a Peak Time Rewards Event. I understand that credit amounts may be based on estimated electricity usage and can be found on my Ameren Illinois online account.
- I understand that the Advanced Meter Infrastructure meter installed at my premises as a condition of enrollment in the Program must be set by Ameren Illinois for wireless meter reading, and that Ameren Illinois must have unrestricted access to the meter during business hours.
- I AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS AMEREN ILLINOIS AND ITS AFFILIATED ENTITIES (INCLUDING SUBSIDIARIES, PARENT COMPANIES, AND THE SUBSIDIARIES OF THOSE PARENT COMPANIES), AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, PARTNERS, TRUSTEES, REPRESENTATIVES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SUBCONTRACTORS, CONSULTANTS, ATTORNEYS, INSURANCE CARRIERS, AND THEIR SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ALL CLAIMS ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM.
Notifications:
- I acknowledge I must provide at least one working mobile phone number which can receive text messages or an email address (each a “notification method”) to remain enrolled in the Program.
BY PROVIDING A MOBILE TELEPHONE NUMBER IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR REGISTRATION, YOU AGREE AND AUTHORIZE AMEREN ILLINOIS (AND ENTITIES OR INDIVIDUALS WORKING ON AMEREN’S BEHALF) TO DELIVER OR CAUSE TO BE DELIVERED MESSAGES (VIA TEXT MESSAGE OR PHONE CALL) TO ME USING AN AUTOMATIC TELEPHONE DIALING SYSTEM OR AN ARTIFICIAL OR PRERECORDED VOICE AT THE PROVIDED NUMBER. I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM NOT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE SUCH AUTHORIZATION AS A CONDITION OF PURCHASING ANY PROPERTY, GOODS, OR SERVICES FROM AMEREN ILLINOIS.
- I acknowledge that, depending on the notification method I choose, usage and data fees from my cellular phone carrier may apply based on my plan with my carrier.
- Should I choose to receive text messages as a notification method, I acknowledge that:
- I will receive approximately 2 messages per month from AMEREN (263736).HELP. For additional information I can text STOP. To opt out of text messages, I can reply YES To receive text notifications, I must reply will Receive an initial text message asking me to opt in.
Program Administration:
I acknowledge that Ameren Illinois contracted with Hughes Leahy and Karlovic ("HLK") to administer the Program.
I authorize Ameren Illinois to release certain personal information applicable to the Program with HLK in accordance with all applicable law. I understand that HLK will keep my account information confidential and will use this information only to operate, market, and improve the Program and to evaluate consumer and system benefits.
