Property Management Portal
The Property Management Portal (PMP) is a complimentary online service available on Ameren.com for landlords and managers of rental properties. The portal enables users to carry out routine property management tasks online.
Get Access to Helpful Features
Ameren’s Property Management Portal allows registered Landlords and Property Managers to perform the following:
- View, add, and remove locations from their Landlord Leave-On program
- View Average Bill Amount
- Schedule residential electric and gas turn-on/turn off orders
- Receive email notifications to keep you updated on activity at their rental properties including when a tenant starts or stops service, service orders are voided, or if service has been disconnected due to non-payment
Frequently Asked Questions
All residential and commercial properties can be added to a property agreement and managed through the Property Management Portal. Please note: Only Landlord Connect requests can be managed through the portal. Landlords or Property Managers need to call in if they need a turn-off request.
You can expect to receive the following types of email notifications from Ameren on properties listed in your property agreements:
- Turn-on/off order issued, maintained or voided by Ameren.
- Shut off for non-payment order completed by Ameren.
- Name change on an account.
Ameren will send you an email advising you of the order with the scheduled date.
You can issue a turn-on order up to 30 days in advance.
Landlords or Property Managers needing to stop or change a date originally entered for a turn-on/off order will need to call in with their request.
