Jessica Lindsay is Senior Supplier Diversity Analyst for Ameren's Transmission Operations and professional services such as, Finance, Human Resources, Staff Augmentation, Innovation, Insurance, Office Supplies and Travel.

Jessica started her Ameren career back in 2015 and has over 10 years of experience in relationship and program management. Although new to the Supplier Diversity department since January 2021, Jessica has been a partner to Ameren Transmission and Professional Service groups for several years. Prior to her role in Supplier Diversity Executive, Jessica served for five years as a Program Manager to Ameren's early career programs such as the Collegiate Internship & Co-op Program and the Early Career Rotation Program. She also recruited for Ameren at both Collegiate and Professional levels. She has worked closely with external partnerships to create a mutually beneficial relationship with local partnerships within the service territory as well as national partnerships. Jessica's focus is to create meaningful relationships with her suppliers and ensure diversity is infused into the workforce pipelines to create a sustainable partnership for years to come.

Jessica, a St. Louis native, studied Communication and Public Relations at Southeast Missouri State University.
