Once you're enrolled, all eligible current and past-due amounts will combine into your SARP total deferred balance. You'll also be enrolled in Budget Billing Rollover to even out future monthly payments.
For each monthly payment made in full by the due date, your account will receive a credit towards the SARP deferred balance.

Participation in this program requires enrollment in Budget Billing Rollover program to even out your monthly payments going forward. If you aren't already enrolled in Budget Billing Rollover, you'll have the opportunity to enroll after logging in to confirm your eligibility. Log in to enroll or learn more about Budget Billing.
If your payment is late or you fail to pay the "Amount Due" in full more than two times in a rolling 12-month period, you will be removed from SARP and no longer eligible for the program benefits.
You can receive an annual credit up to $1,000 for electric service and up to $1,000 for natural gas service in equal monthly payments.
Depending on your account balance, this could total $2,000 annual credit for combination accounts with electric and natural gas service. You may remain on the program as long as it takes to eliminate the balance.
