Ameren is introducing a free video series designed to increase the comfort level of being involved in sometimes difficult dialogues involving diversity, equity and inclusion. Conversations like this take courage - The Courage to Live Your Values.
We encourage community organizations, businesses and other groups to use these tools to engage teams in conversations about the role courage plays in making a difference for yourself and others.
The video showcases a personal account of courage from Ameren co-workers, sharing a personal story about courage, equity, and challenges of living their values in uncertain times. With the video, we provide a facilitator guide, participant booklet and presentation deck for your use.

Ameren is introducing a free computer-based training (CBT) tool. Inclusive Leadership: Creating a Culture of Respect and Creative Solutions provides line of sight to what skills and behaviors are important to demonstrate in order to foster inclusion within teams. This developmental tool provides participants the opportunity to gain a better understanding of how to promote an environment where all team members feel valued and appreciated.
We encourage community organizations, businesses and other groups to use this CBT to effectively model core behaviors linked to inclusion and encourage collaboration within teams. This developmental opportunity will help participants maneuver their career more effectively and engage in meaningful interactions within the workplace and in the community.
