Ameren Alerts help you keep up with your account activity and electric service no matter where you may be. For example, outage alerts will inform you if your power goes out when you’re away from home. It is fast and easy to sign up for a variety of helpful alerts on your Online Profile.

Yes! Sign in to your Online Profile, visit your Account Dashboard, then click “Manage Account,” then “Alerts and Notifications” to adjust your alert time settings.
You can unsubscribe from ALL text alerts at once by texting STOP to AMEREN (263736)*. To unsubscribe from individual text or email alerts, click “Manage Account” from your Account Dashboard inside your Online Profile. Under “Alerts and Notifications,” you’ll find your Alerts settings and can manage them from there.
