Bright Return Program

Ameren's Bright Return Program is a career re-entry opportunity for mid-career professionals looking to return to work after voluntarily leaving the workforce.

Ameren recognizes that taking a career break is sometimes necessary, perhaps to care for family, continue education or pursue a personal passion. Ameren values the diversity of co-workers' unique talents and life experiences. Diverse perspectives lead to continuous improvement, innovation and business results.

Partnering with the STEM Reentry Task Force (iRelaunch) through the Society of Women Engineers and The Mom Project, Ameren's Bright Return program offers mid-career professionals a 6-month full-time re-entry opportunity. The program will provide targeted development, mentorships, and networking to help participants quickly refresh skills and re-engage in their careers.
