Bright Return Program

The Ameren and Bright Return partnership offers career re-entry opportunities for mid-career professionals looking to return to work after voluntarily leaving the workforce. Ameren recognizes that taking a career break is sometimes necessary, perhaps to care for family, continue education or pursue a personal passion. Ameren values the diversity of co-workers' unique talents and life experiences. Diverse perspectives lead to continuous improvement, innovation and business results. The Bright Return Program offers mid-career professionals a 6-month full-time re-entry opportunity. The program will provide targeted development, mentorships, and networking to help participants quickly refresh skills and re-engage in their careers.

For this program, Ameren has teamed up with reacHIRE, a company that partners with leading organizations to develop turnkey solutions that transform the trajectory of individuals returning to the workforce.

Ameren is also a member of the STEM Reentry Task Force, the groundbreaking career re-entry initiative co-led by the Society of Women Engineers and iRelaunch.
