Kent Scott
Kent Scott is the site vice president for Ameren Missouri at the Callaway Energy Center. Kent is responsible for the safety and reliable operations of the Callaway Energy Center.

Kent joined Ameren Missouri in 2023 as the site vice president and has a breadth of experience having worked in the nuclear industry for more than 35 years. Before joining Ameren Missouri, he held the position of site vice president at Entergy's River Bend and site director at Xcel Energy's Monticello Station.

Before joining Xcel, Kent worked for DTE Energy's Fermi 2 in various roles including as director of Nuclear Work Management, plant manager, director of Nuclear Organizational Effectiveness, senior manager of Engineering, and manager of Maintenance and Operations. He also worked at Exelon's Clinton Power Station in Engineering, Maintenance and Operations.

Kent holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Missouri - Rolla and a master's degree in business administration from Illinois State University. He has a Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license from Clinton Power Station.

Kent and his wife, Denise, are parents to four children. They currently reside in Holt's Summit, Missouri.
