Illinois residential customers who charge their vehicle at home can enroll in ChargeSmart as well. Plug in and set your timer to charge during the preferred charging time and get a bill credit on your energy delivery charges.
For new Ameren Illinois customers, start by requesting service online or contact our business center at 800.232.2477 7:00 a.m. -7:00 p.m. M-F. We will need to verify the new account holder's information including the full name of the Individual or legal business, as well as the SSN or FEIN.
