Deposit FAQs


Deposits are used as a means to secure against possible unpaid debt.
Deposits are assessed at two times the monthly average at the requested service location.
For new customers, deposits are assessed based on credit report information.
Once a deposit is paid in full there can be no more than 3 late payment charges, no disconnections for non-payment, no meter tampering and no past due balance after 12 consecutive months of service.
Deposits are applied to any final service charges and any excess will be refunded to you.
Deposits will transfer to the new account and will be held until requirements are met for refund.
Login to your account online and explore payment assistance options. However, any unbilled deposit installments will bill in addition to your payment arrangements and monthly bills.
